Your will is to do more of God's will. You don't get caught up in the busyness of life and are able to think more clearly. Your thoughts are more organized.

When thinking of your mental wellness, ask yourself these questions: "Do I get plenty of sleep? Do I Laugh and have fun each day? Do I spend time with friends? Do I see the "glass" as half full?"
