Support Groups Around America

We believe local Support Groups are important and it seems they are slowly going away.  It's good for the new amputee to connect face to face and on-line with more experienced amputees.  Not only will you get an immediate answer to questions but also a trusting relationship can be formed.  People need people...yes it's great to have an on-line community but there is nothing richer than having a circle of peers with whom you can share your trials and triumphs.

If you are part of a local amputee support group, we would like to post it on Facebook and here on the website. Please send us a flyer or or even just an email with some information. Please include the address where it meets, the date and hours and also a good contact person (phone number and/or email) Send it to info@abledamputees.org
