MIND - Mental Wellness

When your mind is focused and routinely dwells on God, you will have peace that passes all understanding. You can begin to  see what is important in this life. Your emotions are more steady.  Your will is to do more of God's will.  You don't get caught up in the busyness of life and are able to think more clearly. Your thoughts are more organized.

Here are some Changes toward Mental Wellness you may want to work on... 

 

Gaining more confidence

Learning how to have a deep meaningful relationship

Having a nice steady mood each day

Having increased motivation

Decreasing your stress/anxiety

Improving your concentration

Signs of Mental Wellness
When thinking of your mental wellness, ask yourself these questions: "Do I get plenty of sleep?  Do I Laugh and have fun each day? Do I spend time with friends?  Do I see the "glass" as half full?" 

Being aware of thoughts and feelings

Using a positive attitude

Seeking support (Amputee support groups work) and expressing emotions in a suitable manner

Learning time management skills and setting priorities

Accepting mistakes and learning from them

Maintaining life balance

Whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things
