MIND - Mental Wellness

When thinking of your mental wellness, ask yourself these questions: "Do I get plenty of sleep?  Do I Laugh and have fun each day? Do I spend time with friends?  
Do I see the "glass" as half full?" 

Whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things
